Mandate

• Information Gathering on existing S&L Policies, Regulations and Institutions
• Policy and Regulatory Frameworks Assessment
• Prepare a country summary of appliance S&L policies currently implemented or under development
• Prepare a summary of energy regulatory frameworks in place or under development that may facilitate or hinder implementation of regional S&L policies
• Prepare a country summary of institutions of relevance to the implementation of regional S&L policies
• Prepare a summary of national institutions and programs that are involved in the promotion of appliance
